I ordered a watch from C W Sellors and a few days went by and I still hadn't recieved the watch. I emailed to find out what was going on, no reply. I emailed again the following day, again no reply so I rang to find out more and was told they can no longer fulfil my order as the watch is no longer available. I had to find out this information myself instead of receiving contact from them to let me know the situation! I've now asked them to cancel my order on 2 occasions as they can no longer fulfil the order but I'm still yet to receive a refund on something that wasn't even my fault. They've basically stole my money at this point! Really not happy with the service at all and would never use again. Hopefully I'll get that refund before I am forced to take further action.

Product not listed as out of stock, ordered and obliged them in waiting six weeks until the beginning of September. I have asked for a refund 4 times to two separate customer service personnel. They have effectively ignored this, and instead asked for more patience. At a time of supply chain issues across metal-dependent industries this appears as a cynical ploy to sustain cashflow that Sellors wouldn't otherwise have - I'm sure I'm not the only customer receiving this treatment. The product should have been listed as out of stock in the first instance.

Initially very happy with their pre-sales advice. However, having now purchased from them, part of my order has still not arrived even after two months. After many emails requesting updates on this, they have now since stopped replying to my emails.
