I would avoid renting a property with these folks as the property mgmt company. The fees I was charged to move out were ridiculous. I paid a $4000+ moveout penalty, in addition to my regular rent. After the penalty I was charged thousands in charges to fix the property after I left. Re-seeding of lawn ? Replacement of plants? The lawn and shrubs were covered in snow when I left. Programming the sprinklers? Lubricating the garage door? $150 for every picture hanger hole? A spiderweb on the front porch? I was charged thousands for this. If I was still local I would take this company and the property owners to small claims court and let a judge look at all these ridiculous charges. This property was in move in ready when I left...likely better than when I moved in.
