My company uses brands, and its been a nightmare for multiple employees! My Taxes alone have been messed up a year! Our HR has made multiple attempts to fix my issue to no avail. They don't communicate, nor do they fix simple issues quickly and effectively. Do not use them. You'll regret it!

I have been using Brands since 2011. We switched from another payroll provider and Brand's were there for us helping during the transition and they still gives us the best customer service after all theses years. Brand's is much more than just a payroll company. They do so much more. Payroll, direct deposit, 3rd party employee benefits, all types of custom reports for special audits, help with payroll issues, and so much more. They helped us with all types of compliance, setting up retirement plans and other 3rd party employee benefits. They are always available to help us with any difficult payroll questions or special requests. I highly recommend them.
