I did not think my hair or anyone else's leaving the salon looked good. I wanted to like it bc the people were nice but my hair looked horrible.

We are glad to hear you loved the way your hair turned out but are indeed so sorry to hear that our stylist said this to you. It definitely isnt our normal service standard. I made an appointment to have a blow out done on my hair. When I came in and met the stylist doing my hair, she complained about how thick my hair was. She said I should have purchased a different package to do my hair because the one I selected was for people with less hair. She continued to make comments about how thick my hair was and how terrible it must be to dry it. At the end she said to me, I guess you cant help that you have all this hair. I left the salon feeling terrible about my hair. It looked beautiful but I felt like I had done something wrong by going there with my thick hair. The purpose of the appointment was because IT IS a lot of work to do my hair and I just wanted a break from doing it that day. Her job IS to do hair. Thats like complaining about baking all the time and youre a baker! It made no sense to me. All I could think of is that she didnt feel like working and my hair was work. What she did was give me a complex about going to get my hair done. Now I think every stylist is complaining in their mind about doing my hair. If they are, Im just thankful they arent rude enough to say it out loud. I will never go there again because of this. If you have thick hair like me I recommend you go somewhere the stylists wont make you feel bad about it.

This place is wonderful. The Staff is amazing and very accommodating. My daughter came in on Saturday for an Updo and make up. Scott did a fabulous job on her hair and Cecelia made her look stunning. Thank you all for your help making her special day perfect

Got my hair done twice at this store and love it every time. I also tried the makeup service this time and was not pleased at all. I did not have time to talk to the manager as I had to race home to take the horrible makeup off before the wedding started. Honestly, I do not think she cleaned her brushes before she put it on my face. For example, she took the brush that she put on my lip and dipped into the liquid lip stick therefore, I feel like she probably did that for the previous customers. That is really gross hence why I raced back home to take it off as fast as I could. Again, same deal with the eyeshadow etc that she used on me. Usually, I see the makeup artist sanitize all brushes before starting the process. She just finished helping another customer and I was next therefore I knew she did not clean those brushes. Not to mention, I brought my own foundation for her to use as she did not have my color. She could have mixed it with what she had but if you have sensitive skin or prone to acne, that would be risky.I feel like the service is not worth 65 dollars at all. Now the makeup, my eyeliner looks bad. I guess it was a red flag when she told me that her customers are picky about their eyeliners. I am not a picky person at all.BUT my eyeliner literally looks like cones. Also she messed up one side and tried to hide it with concealer so the tip of triangle is literally cut off There is also black residue on my eye shadow that I think came from her using so much liner on my eyes. She also did not have an eyelash curler. I was expecting a full glam for 65 not a half glam Also she gave me the mascara to put on myself with the wand therefore again there are some sanity issues If she let me used that wand on my lashes, she probably uses that same wand on others as well.. Same deal with the eyeliner. She used the wand and dipped it back into the liquid liner That liner bottle probably is not sanitary. The foundation looked cakey I have used this foundation for years and my face is never that cakey when I put it on. The eye shadow and brows looks good. There was black residue under my eyes. The lip look okay ish she did not line my lips and the lipstick looked kinda sloppy. Honestly, did not feel beautiful at all. Also felt super uncomfortable and not worth 65. **Disclaimer I worked in a pharmacy for 2 years and in the restaurant business and understand that customer service is hard. She is super nice and very outgoing. She is a lovely person! Not trying to be mean. However, I was just not pleased with how my face came out and was pretty disappointed that I had to pay that much for me to go home and wash it off.
