Literally the worst customer service I have ever come across. We have had a lot of issues due to the quality of the mugs. When you contact them you can only deal with them via email. You will receive a reply from Q at around 10pm every other day which keeps going on and on without a solution. So far we have exceeded 2 weeks to return over 15 boxes of mugs. Initially we purchased 40 boxes and over 50% of them were thrown in the bin. They said it was to do with our mug presses or the sublimation paper. We use Adkins presses, not the cheap Chinese rubbish presses that you can buy but the 600 presses that print perfect mugs on every other mug we have purchased from previous suppliers in the past. The inconsistency in the size of the mugs effected the print quality so we could be using the same design, same mug press and same settings but the design would print differently every time. This is what resulted in the poor finish and result of throwing 100s of mugs away. Because they are so slow at resolving any issues out production had fallen behind by 8 days and unable to return the mugs as they had not given us any details until 2 weeks later. Finally they agreed to accept a return. It doesn't end there. As they accepted a return they said they needed to test the mugs, if they worked then they would be charging us 60 off the refund. What they don't know is that under the consumer rights act 2005 that they must give a full refund within 14 days of receipt as the items are not fit for purpose. Don't fall for their absolute rubbish. You are entitled to a full refund regardless as it's the law. I have no idea how this company can even operate the way they do. Seems to me they are happy to take the money but cannot for the life of them solve any issues within a good time or want to part with their money for a return. If they don't sort this return out by the end of the day I will be returning the mugs myself and dropping them off in the carpark outside their front door. Their receptionist however is really nice, I feel sorry for her as she has to deal with all the angry customers. Do not buy from these unless you want nothing but a massive headache and a hole in your pocket. Terrible.
Machine broke. No refund offered. Eventually exchanged item but wasn't offered the remaining balance. Given credit note. Slow service. Long waiting times. Reception lady i noce though..
Got myself a Liyu DF cutter with the signmaster software for 700. Not quite as well made as the Graphtec and Roland machines... but they cost 1800, and the Liyu does the same job when cutting vinyl, just as quick & very nearly as quiet. All the staff were great, especially Ryan who helped me iron out the few problems I had when setting up the machine, listened to my technical issues and helped me solve them quickly. Thank you, much appreciated :)
Absolutely brilliant company to deal with, their customer service is impeccable. Had a manufacturer fault (not Signworldz fault) after two weeks of purchasing - contacted them immediately and Yuri replied very fast, detailing what they were going to do to resolve the issue. Absolutely fantastic support, they arranged for the faulty unit to be collected and a new one to be dispatched to me. All resolved within a week, which meant impact on my business was minimal. Literally cannot fault the service, purchasing and aftersales wise. Would not hesitate to use them again-they are very knowledgeable and helpful and they took the stress out of a situation which could have been very stressful when I relied on this equipment to keep my business afloat! Absolutely terrible! Lost so much buisness because something i have bought from this company has broke after 8 weeks!!!! No refund, no help or customer service provided!! No refund as they only offer that for 30 days! Be careful! they should be wearing masks and stripped jumpers
