The last response from me regarding your response was not posted. I stated in very beginning as to why this issue was revisited. My husband and I were at work. Our son signed off on the actual work which I stated was done okay. Our roof is done yearly and more if needed. Our HOA does not let any roofs get as dirty as you are claiming. Our roof looks Amazing done with just water. It saves on tile wearing and our landscaping and everything on our property looks wonderful after a roof cleaning by Solaras. Scott, you have manipulated and you have lied about this issue. I speak the truth. You have insurance to cover the damage your company did to our property and you chose not do the right thing. You have tarnished your name by what you did not do...not us.

Customer was originally serviced on Jan. 8th.(Customer called to complain on Jan. 22nd). After service was completed the customer went by the job-site which is a rental property and then came to our office to pay in person and never said a word about not being satisfied with the cleaning.(Obviously if he went by the house he looked at the job). our technician did miss the area at the front walkway and we offered to immediately send the technician back to take care of any area's missed however, the customer started yelling at our office manager stating he didn't want anyone to go back to his property to do anything. The customer was difficult to deal with right from the start and our office manager Beverly did everything possible to try and make the customer happy however it just wasn't possible in this situation. Also it is our policy to have a signed proposal on all jobs before starting to insure everyone is on the same page as to what work is to be performed.Customer stated the work was terrible, the roof was very dirty before and the after pics we have on file show a very clean roof so i'm not sure what he is talking about. The bottom line is I don't think anyone could make this customer happy even though we tried and we really don't appreciate the one star review since we strive for excellence everyday and depend on reviews for business, I just hope most people realize you just can't please everyone!

NEVER AGAIN, they are the most expensive and worst service that I had ever had. The only reason I went with them is because I was not able to schedule an appointment soon enough with my regular roof pressure cleaning company. The lady is very difficult to deal with and wants you to accept and sign everything beforehand, even the work order. She even said, they normally take a credit card to hold on file. Do not take her word of what will be done, ask for everything in writing on the work order. The work was terrible, oh, the extra work she will do (a very short front door walk way), because I was new customer, was never done. She was supposed to call me when the work was done, so, I may check the results, she never did. When I drove by my house and saw the work was already finished, I immediately drove to her office and dropped the payment on a table by the front door due to Covid-19 distancing. The service was not worth the money they charge or the frustration that I experienced. IT WAS VERY DISTRESSING EXPERICCE. I which I could rate then negative, but option doesnt exist.

Coral Springs Pressure Cleaning did a great job! I scheduled my enclosure frame cleaning on the phone, they came out did the work a few days later! It was the easiest schedule Ive done and the value was even better!

Top notch, first class job, attentive to detail. A rare but essential quality in South Florida. We had our roof cleaned and it was done nicely, clean tiles at all angles. And our roof was a mess, but they did a thorough clean up afterwards of the surrounds. It looks great. Thank you for a first class job.

Lisa, you hired our company 4 years ago, 8/30/2018 to be exact. You were actual a repeat customer of ours and hired us on more than just this one occassion. I'm a little confused as to why you have waited 4 years to review our company. With that said, in order to clean your older, very soiled roof, a chemical treatment was necessary after pressure cleaning (with water only) in order to remove the mold and mildew that was attached to your porous, older, roof tiles. We advise ALL of our customers to turn on the sprinklers after their roof is cleaned - just as a precaution. Your husband/son even signed the invoice stating that he was pleased with services. He was home at the time of the cleaning so I'm confused as to why he did not turn on the sprinklers, as instructed? You are correct, we do not cover plants bc that is MORE damaging to the plants, which is why we advise turning on the sprinklers. We have photos of your plants that we took a month after the cleaning. Your bridal plants were in good condition at that time. It's unfortunate that you felt the need to review and tarnish our company 4 years later.

We were customers back several years ago. I want to update as we were recently told same thing happened with another home owner as it did us. The actual cleaning job was done well,of course, with all the bleach used it would be. It did not go well for our landscape, flowers and lawn.They did not cover anything but it really doesn't matter if the bleach seeps into the ground and all the roots take it up. We lost hundreds of dollars in plants, flowering trees and hedges and it took months for lawn to grow back. Everything turned yellow and brown within 24 hours.Everything died from the inside out. My two beautiful Wedding Bouquet trees costing $125 each petrified hollowed out branches just one for example. The owner could have cared less. Even though he has insurance would not compensate. I sent pictures of damages and a bill from our landscaper whom we bought items from. Owner's solution was to cut everything back and it will grow back fine... nothing grew back fine!! We even flushed with water and it did not help. The damage was already done as the roots/branches/ stems had saturated the bleach water all day. We could smell bleach for days. Eventually everything died. The work, time and money I had to spend to get the soil healthy again so I could replace it all was an awful experience! It was not right!! You come home from work at the end of the day and expect you beautiful landscape and grass etc. to be like you left it.
