*******update! This woman is a liar! Her dog has been kicked out of multiple grooming shops. Her dog was cut in a previous grooming shop due to his bad behavior! Ive reported this review as harassment and she knows that we worked very hard with her dogand I have all of my staff to back me up on that. No mood swings herejust straight facts! And again!!! Wowwho deals with unstable moods for 2 years. Again, this review makes you look silly. Im sorry you feel that way. I have actually been working really hard with you and your aggressive dog for over a year. I actually havent been outside to receive dogs for over a year because of corona. Your appointment is always at 10:00am and I dont get to Barkers lane untill 10:30-11:00. So, I havent actually had face to face interactions with you for quite a long time. Our last interaction was over text, I asked that you just please respond to our confirmation text during appropriate business hours...instead of at 9:00pm. I hope you and your pups find the right fit for your needs.

The owner Juliana was very moody, some days she received my dogs with a good attitude but most of the time with an attitude, a negative vibe, no good morning or good afternoon, no smile nothing, like she woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Her two helpers were much pleasant and nicer to deal with, but got tired of her attitude and her rude text messages. So sad that you are willing to twist the truth or make up all the excuses you want, but the fact is that I've been a loyal customer and have tolerated your unstable moods for the past 2 years. CUSTOMERS BE AWARE YOUR FURRY BABIES WILL BE AFFECTED BY HER MOOD SWINGS. MY DOG WAS NEVER AGGRESSIVE UNTIL JULIANA STARTED GROOMING HIM.

I have been taking my two dogs to Barkers Lane for 4 years now. A few months ago I moved from the area down to Dade County but still drive to Broward once a week to take them to the place they love go to. Julie and her staff are absolutely the best groomers around. They have it all - great service, a wonderful atmosphere and the best prices for baths and for cuts. I highly recommend Barkers Lane to anyone who loves their dogs and wants a safe space, high quality dog grooming and reasonable prices.

Julie and staff have always been fabulous. Moved way out west and could not find anything comparable to their caring and treatment of our Rocky. Coming back!!!!!

Barker's Land was recommended to me by a friend at the dog park. My experience was not pleasant and I will not be going back. Why - #1 -the receptionist at the front desk is very impersonable and acts like she is doing a favor waiting on you. #2The noise level of where the dogs are groomed is deafening. I actually felt sorry for my dog being in that environment. Number three the grooming job - my dog's underbelly and area around his privates was scalped .
