My mom went in for a retwist on her locks and Natalie is the tech that serviced her. On first appearance, it looked great! However, Natalie pinned and rubber banded my mom's hair so tight her scalp was throbbing. I took it down for her (cause otherwise she wouldn't be able to sleep) and there was so much, WHATEVER she used, that mama's hair looked dirtier than it was when she went in! She also did not clip the excess hair at the ends at all! My mom is not the type to complain when receiving a service, but I am not shy about it.This was NOT a good service and my mother will NOT be returning for another! I'd rather watch YouTube tutorials and take care of my moms hair myself. I suggest if you allow Natalie to service your hair you ask questions and speak up.
I wanted to like this shop as the location is convenient. However the stylist and barbers alike are unprofessional and lack basic communication skills. So obvioulsly customer service is not great. Upon entering the shop not one person greeted me. I had insert myself into several conversations to find whom I should speak with to get serviced. After about 3 or 4 "excuse me do you work here" , I asked who specializes in children's styling if any. A young lady in the back shouted something I couldn't decipher, and a gentleman says "he cuts hair" I have no idea who he is, I'm a first time Customer. So after pointing me to "Him". He didn't even bother to make eye contact or greet me or introduce himself or tell me how many other heads where ahead of me. Needless to say I left the establishments with no intent to return.
