You have submitted some repair requests & we are trying to help you, however, we have to follow the lease & some of the items you are requesting are upgrades or ways the property was built. We are working diligently to assist you. Unfortunately we have had to correct you on some lease violations & that is never pleasant for us or for you so I can understand you being displeased.
