this is by far the worst haircut ive ever gotten. i was very clear about what i wanted from the beginning, and even the stylist said it herself same style you have now, just trimming an inch. she even complimented my curls, and chopped them off anyway. it was most definitely not an inch, and she basically gave me a mullet. even though i paid half price, it wasnt worth my time or money. she was very nice, but did not give me the haircut i asked for. i regret not asking for a full refund.

While making the change to appointments has been relatively smooth, it does allow less flexibility than our previous model, which may have been what the desk ran into today. A lot of our old staff is still around, including more than half of our crew from the first year. I hope you will come back and give us another try! I have used Scouts East since they were across from Edleys. A lot of has changed obviously but the biggest change is customer service. I loved the scheduling of appointments rather than walk ins. However, when I schedule an appointment, I expect to be seen in a timely manner. I saw other customers come and go and I even went to the desk to change to any one who can cut hair but was told its not possible. There were hair stylist not cutting hair at the time! Its just a shame that the original staff is no longer there. They were the best. Its honestly no wonder that the original stylist no longer work there. Scouts, if you read this please visit your sites and re-evaluate.

Scouts has a great vibe, and I highly recommend booking with Skylar!! I've been going to her for a little over a year and she always kills it!! Super kind, super cool, and super talented. She should be, like, the president of doing hair. 100/10
