I found mostly what I was looking for (riding gloves) but I felt the selection of armored gloves was quite low. They did have quite a few motorcycles to choose from, and they had a few helmets to look at. I didn't really interact with any staff so I can't say much about them.

We understand that pricing on everything these days has become more volatile and unpredictable, and we make sure to provide full transparency on all price and charges before anyone chooses to purchase from us. I'm not sure what happened in the three weeks between your initial trade quote and subsequent trade quote but with how unbalanced the market has been the past couple years there could've been a lot. Do not buy or trade at this dealer. You will most likely be disappointed. They dont like to tell you a price on a bike. They did this to a friend of mine. They also quoted me a trade value, and then three weeks later they offered me 2000 less on my trade.

I would give this dealership less than one star if possible. I reached out via inquiry on Man O War Harley Davidsons website for information on their inventory as I am ready to buy a motorcycle. I was contacted the following day via text message, which I actually prefer. The representative not only wouldnt tell me how much they were asking for two of their motorcycles, but she did not even respond to my questions all day until I mentioned I would purchase elsewhere. Im not sure how they are able to sell their product with this type of customer service, but I wont be a customer there. Please see attached screenshots of our conversation.
