Poor Communication... Put in two different shirt and to be honest I do not even think they started working on them. I spoke to David two days ago who said they were working on the order and would be ready by the end of the day. I come in today to find out there are not finished (I placed the order in January). I work for a well know non profit and ordered shirts with them before, but I never been in a position where I had to follow up so much. David seem to absolutely ok with the fact they had not even started on the shirts and thus I left. We will NOT be using Starsbucks Design anymore!!!!

We had a great experience working with David at 2201 Custom tees. I had a last minute tshirt order that they took care of, ordering extra shirts and going out of their way to make sure the order was not only processed but shipped expedited to us - and they got to us on time! I was so grateful for their dedication and excellent customer service. I found out after the order was completed that they were short staffed at the time and I believe that David put in some early hours to make sure my order was taken care of by the date I needed. The design and quality of the shirts were very good! Would highly recommend this small business!
