ZERO stars if i could. Logic board on MacBook Pro failed within 2 months of purchase. Multiple attempts via phone, email, Facebook page all have gone unanswered after first response. Save yourself the headache and do business with a company that has an awareness of what customer service is and stands behind the guarantees they issue with their products.

We bought a reconditioned computer from them on eBay, and paid immediately via charge card ($1207). They took our money that same day. Then they pretended to ship (created fake tracking number with USPS), but tracking shows they NEVER ACTUALLY SHIPPED, even after 12 days. They ignored our messages, or eventually responded with fake promises - but they wouldn't cancel the order & refund our money. We had to file a dispute with eBay, reverse the charge with the card issuer, leave negative feedback everywhere, and go to the police with fraud charges. It took many hours of our time to resolve this mess. Check eBay, Better Business Bureau, etc. for other similar customer experiences. BEWARE OF THIS VENDOR!!!

I purchased a chromebook from there and it come broken from SD adapter then it is like used today i received the computer but im angry there is the proofs.
