On November 3, 2020 I paid Shanell Custom Wigs LLC $521 for a wig and install. THE DATE OF DELIVERY was Nov 15 2020 the owner Shanell Hendricks installed a wig that was too large for my head. The wig was old, moldy and still processing from the coloring. This was my birthday and cancerversary party. I WAS SO DISTRAUGHT AND AFRAID TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE, I DECIDED TO LET GOD HANDLE IT AND SHARE MY EXPERIENCE ON FB. I never requested a refund and I just gave my honest opinion of her service FACEBOOK. Since then, the owner Shanell Hendricks has targeted my business Protaxem and me personally on Facebook. She is cyber bullying me and it is causing me severe anxiety and restless nights.

Shanelle is very professional and well versed in wig making. She taught me how to make a wig and she was very informative, didnt hold back on any information and explained and showed everything so well! I still have a few more classes to attend and I can not wait to complete them! She makes me very excited to learn and because of her I feel like I will be an excellent wig maker! I would even consider working for her because she has great energy and I can learn a lot from her!!

Shanell is very professional and did a wonderful job meeting my needs. I have long hair but like wearing protective styles. The wig was a beautiful blond color. I discussed my choices and she helped me make a final decision which she colored herself. The end result was fabulous! The hair was soft with no smell and the color just was what I needed in my life. I'll be back again!
