My appointments are always met on time with very professional staff. Our team at Conway strives to provide a welcoming and safe environment with all that we do. Due to federal regulations, our health care facility and any long-term care facilities are required to have all patients and staff wear masks. Need to get their mask mandate in order, you walk in one door and get screamed at fkr a mask then got to another office where they tell you that you dont need them then get talked to again on your way out the door about not having it, If its good for certain offices then it should be good for the whole system to do without them, also nurses need to have more communication with one another, its crazy that you have 3 different people will come to your room with 15 minutes all to do the same thing cause they dont keep up with whats going on, Lord get them a board they can write on or something
