We were told on 7-28-16 that a service person would be at out place between 1-4pm. No call no showed us. Called again on 7-29-16, we were told the service man would be here in the afternoon, it is not 9pm and again...no call no show! S&J installed a new outside unit as well as indoor unit. After months of the problem NOT being fixed we are now taking our business else where.
I Called S&J heating. Mainly because they are a locaokl small business. their service tech showed up promptly and spent 2-3 hours in and o u t checking the heat pump and oil furnace when finished presented me a bill for $443 That I paid on I WILL POST AGAIN IF THEY CHOOSE TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM
I recently had my first experience with S&J after they had some sort of shift in management. I was very impressed. Very personable, prompt, and helpful. The techs really know what they're doing, and the lady I spoke with on the phone was very personable!
Very impressed with the new management/ new company they have partnered with. They are very knowledgeable, personable, you can tell they really care about there customers! Ask about there new VIP maintenance plan, with that I got 15% off my repairs and the technician Lonnie did such an amazing Job! Thank you again
We went with S&J trying to stay local. We needed an entire system put into the house. They came out to do an estimate and map out the house. They had to come out a second time to get more details. The first attempt at this second look, they didn't come. On the day they rescheduled, they were over an hour late. They started and were late at least one day during their job. The house is COVERED in blow-in insulation and poorly cleaned up when they leave at best. If you have carpet this would be a nightmare. They got to about 80% completion and just stopped working. They say they had two other jobs that HAD to be done, so ours got the boot. No firm commitment on when they will be back, but if it is when they say it is it will be almost a full 2 weeks after they stopped. They said our attic was too small to work efficiently (which they never looked at when quoting our job- I offered). They said that the guy working is out sick from being in our hot attic (again, this doesn't seem fair to say it is our fault- this is their industry- hot attics are pretty standard!?). One of the worst, unprofessional experiences I have encountered. I will make sure no one I know befalls the same frustration we feel.
