Looking for a legal help and clearly won't be able to get it here. Absolutely terrible customer service they don't even have someone there to answer the damn phone I've called on multiple different days at multiple different times. Can never get a hold of a human being all I get is the stupid robot answering machine.

This attorney held onto my case till the statue of limitations ran out!! This is a law office that at first told me I had a great case, continue to drag their feet telling me they were working on it, when all the time they were just hanging on to the case the last minute turns around and says that they can't do the case and they were sending me my files. No valid explanation as to why suddenly I didn't have a great case. I think because the case had specific high profile people involved, and this was a way of protecting them and

My search for a lawyer led me to Benjamin Duggan. He spent over an hour on the phone with me (at no cost) on our initial phone call. I was emotional and scared and told him my situation. Terrified was an understatement. I had already spoken with the police; not knowing any better, and probably already said a lot I shouldnt have said. Ben reassured me that he could help me and we could see how to fix things moving forward. I could tell that he would care about me and about my case. I immediately knew he was the best choice I could make. I consider myself to be knowledgeable and to know what to say, but in the forth coming high stress situations I would face in court, there was absolutely no way I could articulate what he said, in the confident manner or timing that he said it. Almost every month for a year I had a court date and each one seemed to be more stressful and mentally and emotionally draining than the previous one. Ben answered every email and every phone call from me (and there were many) in a timely manner; he put my mind at ease and somehow made me feel better each time I spoke with him. It was a long year and I spent it worrying, stressing, and agonizing over the situation that was created and what would ultimately happen. My final court date came and I ended up receiving the best news I could possibly have imagined. While maintaining privacy, I will tell you that this horrible situation can now be put far behind me and I can continue on with a happy life as Ben had reassured me many times. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing representation and cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Benjamin Duggan.
