Horrible service!!! In short, there are multiple problems with that business: price, customer service, work quality. Now in details... The price is steep. The cost to cut some length of a dress is $45, which is about twice the average alteration places charge. As a first time customer my wife assumed it's a classy place, worth the price, so she expected high quality work. When we came back to pick up the dress the lady was really rude because we crossed the line between customer area and the actual sewing, which wasn't clearly identified. We actually did that because we were ignored by the same lady 2 seconds prior. When asked whether she ironed the dress (the bottom part) she answered yes, which was an obvious lie. The underskirt was not shortened the same way the top layer was, so occasionally you could see the underskirt because it stayed as long as before. Since we had limited time I ended up shortening the underskirt and ironing the bottom of a dress myself the same night (finished after midnight). At least I had a sewing machine to do that. How about lucky ones who dont :)

this place is not timely and says they will get stuff done but never do. Everything is disorganized and they dont even open when the website says they do. need to get there act together.

Henrietta is wonderful. I needed a bunch of suits done a week long work conference for a new job. Henrietta was personable, professional, and did the work even though I had a short time frame. She even met me at the shop after she had closed to give me the suits so I would have them for the conference. Class act, and good work at a fair price. Would absolutely recommend!

DO NOT GO HERE! I used to use them all the time they must have changes owners I had no idea. My dress was not tailored the way I asked and it was ruined! There was visible pin holes in the dress and the sleeves were so tight your arms couldnt even fit through the holes. It wasnt even steamed when picked up but that was the least of the disasters. When I brought the dress back to ask for a refund they were so rude and could barley understand what I was saying. Beware.. Id go anywhere else.
