Hi Lisa. After 4 months of owning the car you told me you werent happy. I instantly offered you a full refund of the price you paid less 400 for your usage -100 a month which is way under what it may cost to rent a car for example, which would cost in the region of 200 a week. In my eyes a very fair offer. You never responded to this offer and blocked me on WhatsApp without as much as an explanation. I have no idea why you did this and why you have left a 1* review to a car dealer that offered to refund you in full for a car you owned and had use of for 4 months. I dont know what more we could have done for you. I also see, and as usually happens, you have omitted the part where your husband had the wrong battery fitted to the car which more than likely is the reason the car started to show electrical issues after it had been fitted, your husband knows this and acknowledged the agent he instructed to fit the battery installed one with completely the wrong voltage which is not our fault but something you want to put the blame onto us for. Modern cars are extremely sensitive to voltage and will not function correctly with an incorrect battery. Good luck with your new Focus. Regards Craig

Back in february this year we saw an avensis estate car for sale at see cars for 9000. It seemed by the pictures on the internet a good car for the money. There was a catalogue of events with this car. Firstly it had no boot pull over cover which wasnt quoted in the listing and should have come standard with this car. After closer inspection after we got the car home, for a 4 year old car the bodywork was not the best. Carpark dents all over the car which i had to get removed at a cost of 150. The back bumper looked like it had been re-sprayed. No accident damage mentioned in the listing. 2 months after we had the car on easter sunday we got in the car and the battery was completely dead. Shortly after we paid for a new battery at the cost of 180 as it was a stop start battery . I managed to get 2/3rds of this price back from see cars which seemed fair . The driver side window started to work when it wanted to . Sometimes staying down and not coming back up. The the alarm started to go off .. when left unattended resulting in us locking the key with the actual key so the alarm didnt set. The final straw came when we decided to replace the wheel centre caps which has started to corrode. To my horror when we got them off. The cap had been stuck in the wheel with thick black silicone . And when i checked all 4 wheels were the same. Not sure if this was done by previous owner or see cars. But clearly checks were not made . If any of the silicone had got into the actual brake disc it could have caused a nasty accident. When we messaged see cars and informed them of all the problems we had we were told we could return the car and have our money back minus money for every mile we had done since receiving the car. I know buying a car in lockdown was risky and a gamble but we didnt expect to have so many issues with a 4 year old car. Maybe we just picked a bad egg with this car . And we have now replaced this car with a much more reliable ford focus estate .
If you could confirm the car you purchased from us we will be more than happy to get in touch to discuss any issues you may be having. I cannot do this presently as we have absolutely no idea who you are or if we have ever had dealings with you. Feel free to call me or email me direct - [email protected] Regards, Craig
Thank you Adam I really appreciate your kind words and you taking the time out to write that review! All the best, Craig

I purchased a vehicle from See Cars and had a great experience dealing with Craig. The car had a minor issue when test driving which Craig assured me would be fixed for when I collected the following week which it was along with full MOT. I have asked Craig a couple of questions following the purchase and unlike other dealerships I have dealt with in the past, Craig shows a good level of after care and responds quickly to make sure any questions are answered. Would use again and certainly feel safe recommending to others. Thank you
Sorry you feel like that Michelle. We try and give people time and space to view the cars, hate being accused of being the typical sales type of place applying pressure etc so this method has always worked for us. Guess occasionally it can work against us. Hope you found a good car elsewhere on this occasion and we wish you the best with your motoring going forward. Craig.

Rude staff, seemed more interested with his phone than trying to assist us on selling us a car.
