DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I called and scheduled an appointment. They called 3 hours into the appointment time to say that no one is coming. They said that whenever they are available (maybe today, maybe tomorrow, maybe next week they aren't sure) they will call and say they are coming in an hour without any other advance notice and expect me to take off work with only an hour notice. Deeply unprofessional. Very rude on the phone saying they are "accommodating me" by even considering showing up at all.

We had water dripping into an upstairs bedroom. Mt. Kisco Mechanical sent a technician on Thursday afternoon prior to Memorial Day. He fixed a broken pvc pipe and saved the day! No one else could commit to coming before the holiday weekend. I thought we would be pay a lot for this quick service but the invoice was completely reasonable.

I have only been with Mt. Kisco Mechanical for 1 year, but they have been incredible so far. They come out to our property whenever we have an issue and their response time is immediate thanks to Paula. A+
