The half-filled shelving is becoming tiresome, supply chains should now be sorted, there are plenty of staff about, but still those shelves remain empty-ish. The fruit and veg is always a little tired, and the place would still benefit from a good clean. But as long as the tills continue to ring I doubt improvements are on the horizon, which is a shameand so very disrespectful of the local community.

So today I went to lidl with my kittens who btw were strapped in their pet buggy, not causing any noise or disruption and was sitting patiently as I shopped. I was then approached by a black man who wasnt the manager, tell me that the so called manager doesnt allow pets in the store I mean if this was the case, for 1 why didnt the manager have enough balls to come tell me themself?? and why was this not addressed to me before I entered?? everyone saw me come in. Nowhere on the Lidl website or even the store itself does it say no pets are allowed.I feel as if i was discriminated against especially because im black and I look stunning lol. I will be taking this further and I WILL be returning with my kittens.
Small well priced organic vegetable selection depending on when you arrive. checkout queues aren't the worst I've seen but can get ultra busy. Surprising great buys eg plastic free Ciel all cotton wool buds for 45p...and organic apple cider vinegar with mother 1.30!! Organic Coconut oil 1.69... im.always amazed every now and then Lidl comes up with great buys..you never know..homeware section always worth a look too!

Bad market. Shelves are always empty and many products are missing, pallets in the middle of the aisles even in the middle of the day (not because they are replacing the shelves, but using the aisle as a warehouse) that hinder movement inside the store. In the last two weeks on 3 different days, after making purchases the payment by contact was not working, and there was no kind of warning, you find this out after you buy spend time in line and scan all products. Over the past week I have had to go several times to find chicken breast. I do not recommend.
