When I first became a customer the customer service was amazing then covid hit and I requested a special order which made them even more amazing but then it was like they got tired of being amazing and customer service went to awful and I stopped going in there, each time I have come in, I don't feel welcomed when I come in it's just hard to want to come back. so I can't go higher than 3 stars

One of the best places to eat breakfast and grab a coffee. The staff here are always so friendly and helpful with the menu. The egg sandwiches are soooo tasty! And they make one of the best London (Grendel's) Fog I've ever had. 12/10 would fly back from NYC to have breakfast here again.
