After looking forward to getting her hair cut after lockdown my mum was left feeling disappointed with the hair cut she was given wonky cut too short in places and too long in others asked for volume and it was flat as a pancake she didn't even feel comfortable enough to keep telling the stylist as she had already pointed out things a few times and once she cut that fringe they couldn't stick it back on she had paid upfront and isn't one to cause a fuss but then when she got home we saw the horrendous job that had been done her fringe was 3 different lengths and doesn't take a a professional to see what a mess it was after getting it corrected somewhere else and asking for a refund and tried talking to salon manager about her experience she was repeatedly told I dont see what's wrong with it , or you should have come back but who would want to after been left like that? Not had a apology or anything definetly avoid unless you want a wonky cut her stylist was Alicia sent pictures to prove how bad it was and still pretended it was fine
Fantastic hair dresser, perfect hair cut great people skills. if just haircut 5* However .. the beautician that done my nails poorly, ...really really poorly the polished nails were missing spots and the shellac chipped after 4 hours.. tried hurrying me out as she was "too busy" and didn't want to correct her mistakes. Promised a callback didn't happen -Not too busy to take my money though.
Horrendous customer service, the manager cannot see the issue after showing photo evidence after having a hair appointment resulting is a very very uneven/wonky fringe Avoid park row if you want a even fringe
