Terrible experience trying to buy Ugg cleaner. The employee, proudly displaying his rookie status tee, lazily told me he doesnt think they have any spray in stock and I should probably just order it online. My mistake for going in thinking I could get service for such a small purchase, but it would have been nice if he could have exerted the minimal effort to actually check the inventory rather than tell me to go online. Its no fun spending a lot at a store if theyre going to disregard you when you try to go in and make a small purchase. Ill check online for all of my future clothing as well, thanks.
