Hi Daniel Firstly, please accept our sincere apologies for the list of issues you experienced with us. With the busy Christmas period, it does appear for some reason the estimate that was meant to be emailed, wasn't. Our standard practice after an extended time of no customer communications is to follow up on these type of requests, but I believe again with the increased focus on completing orders for the festive weeks, responsibilities were shifted somewhat. Please be assured that once we had made contact, it was made a major priority after receiving your artwork confirmation to get things turned around quickly, and within a couple of days. Again, we are truly sorry for everything you have been through, and it deeply saddens us to think we've left a customer with such a bad impression of the service we offer. Customer satisfaction has and always will be our number one priority, and if you feel you can come back to us in the future, we will of course do our utmost to flip your initial experience on its head. - Kev

Placed an order as xmas presents for my staff - seemed very professional at the time and a decent price too. I waited patiently for several weeks till the last week before xmas I try and find out why I haven't had my order and find out that they have gone on holiday till the new year. UPDATED: On their return they said it was because I hadn't paid upfront. Turned out they'd forgot to send the estimate and request payment. They had noted my 1 star review and asked me to change it. I said I would reconsider my review when the order had been completed. Two weeks in to 2021 and a full month after I placed my order it was ready. These things happen so I would have been forgiving but at no point did I receive an apology even when they had realised it was their mistake. Nor was any effort made to expedite my order after it had been delayed their side. The final product and print is very high quality, the price was competitive and I understand xmas is probably a very busy time so I will change my rating from a 1 to a 3 star with this in mind. It's just a pity the customer service is so thoughtless and cold or it could have easily been 5*.
Team at ACP workwear were phenomenal had a hen emergency which was nothing to do with them and they pulled out all the stops for me such a massive help in such a limited time frame and stress full time for me! Thank you so much guys! 100% recommended
Very poor! They printed the wrong shirt then denied any responsibility so we ended up with a load of polos that we didn't want. We went elsewhere for our next order and it was half the price. We won't be using again.
