If I could give zero stars I would! Have been trying to find out why they are not paying a claim since March! So many phone calls, so little help! This claim is for an annual physical which is one thing they DEFINITELY should pay. Told no coverage BUT they were very willing to accept premium payments during this time. This smells dirty to me!

I have been waiting on a claim since Marchits NOVEMBER! Total scammers. They owe me $210 because my kids went to the pediatrician on Good Friday and my insurance company was closed so we paid out of pocket and were told just to make a claimnow NOVEMBER and they are literally playing games! No answers, no pay back, Im on hold for 45 mins all the time and it hangs up! Dont expect to get your money back, Im not giving up because I have nothing but time, Im the wrong one to do this to

ZERO STARS! SCAM! STAY AWAY, Do not use these people. They are a third party company, they take your information, transfer it to different insurance company agencies that are NOT legitimate, they play games saying they only do the back office work, but they get paid by referring you to insurance companies affiliated with them which are not registered businesses. They took two month premium, never sent an insurance card, when I called to get the money back and asked to speak with a supervisor I was told I had to address it with the insurance company agency directly. The email they gave me bounced back, they claimed they only had one contact phone number for them. I called the given number several times, was put on hold endlessly, requested to speak with a supervisor and was left on hold for over one hour, I gave my phone number and was not called back, I called back Association Health Care Management the same afternoon and I was told they did not do businesses with that insurance company agency, then left me on hold for some time and then came back to tell me yes they do businesses with them, but their manager is busy and I was asked to leave a message for a "supervisor" Ana C that never called back either. I am filing a fraud claim for both companies. DO NOT allow Association Health Care Management or World Wide United Health to take your money!
