Don't take our money and then tell us our product is going to take 2 weeks to deliver. Without a way to cancel the order and give us our money back.....
Customer service never responds. Ordered queen and online it was stated they will ship May 16. Checked mail May 5th and there she was. No communication given or tracking. Cage was in a flimsy envelop and all attendants dead and with her barely alive. She was shipped 3 days earlier. A reflection on not only poor business practices but also a disregard and disrespect for the Bees themselves.
Calling now is a real problem. Getting the answering service. Let's see how fast they call back. Service on the phone is not very good, it use to be, but now, not so much !!!!!!!!!!.
