I just drove 500 miles out of my way to get a van from Chris / 818 Auto Sales. I found a van on their website that had very low mileage (89K), and had been government owned and very well maintained. Similar vehicles up in the area were being listed at least a few thousand dollars more, so I figured it was worth looking into this one despite the distance. I first reached out via email, and Chris responded extremely quickly and gave me the information I was looking for. We went back and forth almost exclusively via email and he was always quick to respond and answered every single one of my questions. After asking about some small dents on the roof of the van, Chris went out and took about a dozen detailed photos showing exactly what they looked like up close. He took those early in the morning and there was dew on the roof, but it was enough for me to see what I needed to see. Even though I was satisfied, I received ANOTHER email from him a few hours later once the roof was dry with even more detailed pictures. He truly went out of his way to make sure I had a thorough understanding of the van's (excellent) condition because he knew I was coming from very far away and didn't want there to be any surprises. Because of this, I felt totally confident in making the trip down there for a vehicle I had never seen in person. When I did get down to the lot, I told him I wanted to take the van to a local mechanic for a quick inspection before making the purchase, and he was fine with that. Just handed me the keys and said, Go for it. The van is in fantastic condition and I couldn't be more stoked on it or on the no-pressure service I received from Chris- Hes amazing!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!

Hey everyone! I just recently bought a car from 818 Auto Sales a few weeks ago, and I love it! I bought my 2012 Volkswagen Jetta and it works amazingly. On top of that Carlos and Danny are absolutely fantastic and will do anything to make sure the customer is satisfied. When I was going to purchase the vehicle, my mechanic mentioned a few things that needed to be fixed (nothing major mostly ware and tare), and when I told Carlos and Danny, they immediately offered to fix it and had the car ready for me with warranty backing it up. If you are looking to buy a good used car with salespeople that are true to their word and are the most helpful, I genuinely recommend 818 Auto Sales.

I am so thankful for Carlos picking up the phone and doing everything he could to get me approved for an auto loan. I'm a single mother with two jobs so when my car broke down it was a nightmare going from car lot to car lot with absolutely no results. My credit was bad and almost every dealership I stumbled upon just put more inquiries on my credit but would not approve me.
