My teen son called and made himself an appointment. Due to Covid-19, it was several days out, but expected. What was unexpected was that they did not inform him he had to wear a mask and bring cash. Thankfully I had walked by beforehand and saw the sign regarding the mask, so he was prepared for his appointment. Unfortunately though they cut his hair and went to pay and that's when they told him they only accept cash! Told him where an ATM was located. The first was out of order, the second didn't work either and finally the third one worked but charged a fee (so did our bank). He went to the salon and they said You're back! So, I'm guessing it's not uncommon for them to tell folks after the fact about the cash only policy and then they don't return. What a poor way to run a business! Haircut was decent and quick. They didn't blend his top into the shorter sides so it does not look as professional. Not sure if he'll return after all the trouble.
Ruined my vacation. I gave two exact photos of what I wanted my haircut to look like, and she completely botched it. Im currently driving around to find another stylist to shave off the rest of my hair. What this salon did to me was unrecoverable and made me extremely upset.
Fabulous experience with Elana and a fantastic haircut. My husband headed here in the morning in desperate need of a trim he didnt have to wait long as a walk-in and the results were great! I realized I needed a cut too, so followed in his footsteps in the afternoon and was grateful Elana was able to slot me in. Delightful conversation, clean and bright salon, great prices. Also one of the best cuts Ive had in a long while! Would definitely return.
