Tera, I'm not the most savvy with realizing when a customer makes a comment like this through an on line site. That being said I take every comment seriously and if this is how you were treated it is not tolerated. I know 4 months have past but please let me extend an apology for how you were treated. What I don't understand is why you would have a receipt when before your project was completed. We have never asked for payment in advance. Please call me and we can visit about this. Went in earlier this week to pick up a print job. They said that I never gave them one, so I showed them my receipt for the job order. They said that it was invalid because that was for the other "Alpha Copies" store. ...There is no other store. I showed them the store address on the receipt and they said it must be a printing error. Really? A printing error at a print shop?
I took some files to get printed for my wedding and some home decor. The associates were very polite and professional. I got to pick out what type of paper and they made sure everything was how I wanted it. The print was high quality and the service was super quick, I was in and out in under 20 minutes. I went to staples for the same service at a later date and they took over an hour.

Was very, very bad. I went in to get a lot of copies done for an upcoming event. When I told an employee what I wanted, he just rolled his eyes and said it was too hard. He then went and sat down at a computer! I called the manager the next day, and he was very rude to me!
