We understand that you're upset, but when you apparently leave the state and don't pay rent for such a long period of time that your rental has to be declared abandoned by authorities and possession retaken, we have no choice but to follow owner and attorney instructions to collect amounts you owed.

Worst service EVER! Do not rent from these people.!!!..They will put you through he ringer. They will NOT call you if something is wrong. They are NOT helpful, not professional, not polite. Even if you do everything right, the WORST Company EVER!!!! DO NOT RENT FOR THESE CROOKS!!!!

We're very sorry that you're in such a dilemma, but the BFD ruled that the cause of the fire was due to smoking materials left unattended on the front porch by the renter or renter's guests. The property owner chose to have the property rebuilt and his attorney advised him that according to the lease and BFD investigation results that the renter was responsible for the fire damage. Unfortunately, you're attacking the wrong party, since our company legally has to follow the direction of the owner, the owner's attorney, and the investigation results of the BFD. We have no choice in the situation.

I rented from here groom Dec 2015 until February 19th 2020 when the trailer burnt in a BFD ruled accidental fire. Now, they're trying to charge me for their decision to rebuild over reminents of said fire. Their first letter started $11,999 due immediately, the next $21,115, alsodue immediately. They keep citing section 15 from the lease, but all it says is that I cannot sue them for damage to my property and they advice renters insurance. They've also claimed renter's insurance would have cover the cost of repair, which is inaccurate. I was a great tenant, one of very few in tray trailer park, and this is how they treat humans who lost everything through no fault of their own. Shameful.
