Got brow lamination and lash lift and tint. Brow lamination was amazing, 100% recommend. However I can get my lash lift and tint done better at Chic beauty with Heather for less money. My lashes arent as dark and not as curled as when I went to Chic beauty. After I went here, my lashes are going different directions and some of them arent really curled. Not worth the extra money. Will go back for the brow lamination but not the lash lift and tint

I got the brow lamination service done last week. The processor was left on too long damaging my brows and they are now falling out. Definitely not worth the $130.

I attended Brow Bar for consultation and then a procedure within the last few weeks.. I was very impressed with the med spa its absolutely stunning inside and very calming! Kylie was my gal and she did a fantastic job! Staff was very friendly and I thoroughly loved my experience!

Hi Porche, I am sorry that we had to cancel your appointment today. We called you first thing this morning, as soon as we found out our injector was not feeling well and would not be able to come in. I understand you are frustrated about not getting your service when you were so excited for it, and had taken off work. However, we just don't think it is worth it to risk your health, or any other person's health at the studio to have her here. We would have gladly rescheduled your appointment!

They canceled my appt an hour before my service due to an employee having a sinus infection. Im so thankful that they didnt see me while someone is sick, but so disappointed the cancelation could of been better then an hour notice or they should have someone available in case things like that happen. I value my time, requested off work, and made this appt 2 1/2 weeks ago, and now Ill have to wait even longer to go somewhere else.
