The dispatcher was very pleasant as I thoroughly explained what was going on as the issue I had which was a re-occuring about every 3 years. However, when the tech arrived, he went way off course of what I've explained, even when my wife indicated such to him. So, here I am weeks later with the exact same problem and ready to call back the other company.

This is not a standard installation performed in our industry, but it is a backup plan that can be provided when discussed during the initial request. Since this is an additional service, it does require an additional cost. We do appreciate all feedback and take customer concerns very seriously. they came right out when my hot water tank leaked all over my basement (causing thousands of dollars worth of water damage) at work and replaced it. They never mentioned putting a tray under it and when another contractor came out to fix something else he said they should have put a tray under it. I called Ryan and they said they don't do those in basements but they can do it now but they have to charge me. I told him that they just lost a customer because it a big job to add that now. I will not call them again. $2500 this cost me and all he could say was well we have to charge you.
