Absolutely ridiculous! We cancelled our account last year and are still being charged by their credit card processing company and we keep getting the run around to get answers. They keep bouncing us back and forth between therapy notes and card connect saying we have to contact the other company to get the handled, only to get bounced back. We are a small business, cancelling an account should not be this hard! They continue to charge us and its taking us too much time to try to resolve this when we are a new business starting from scratch. Avoid this headache!!! We cancelled therapy notes bc we felt their credit card processing system was not user friendly, and the therapy notes platform was also not meeting our needs/not user friendly for our practice and clients.

I used TherapyNotes Support for a very complicated problem and got very clear, concise and effective guidance on both calls I made today and they even stayed with me as I tried the actions on my own for the first time. Very professional. Knowledgeable about insurance industry in general and very skilled in navigating and explaining the TherapyNotes system and procedures. short wait times, too if you choose to go by phone.

Im sorry that I left simple practice and went to therapy notes. Getting the insurance and ERA situated has been incredibly difficult. Lack of clarity and communication on the part of their clearinghouse. My sole reason for having an EHR is to make filing claims less time consuming. This has been a two month ordeal and its still not over. Also watch out for all the extra fees. They add up.
