It was a great time with friends but took way to long to get food service was good but melting pot is 10x better food and service. Will I return only if invited by group of ppl won't go back on my own

$420 for the ability to cook our own food/undercook our food because were apparently our own chef. Dont go here, seriously. Theres a lot of better options in the immediate area. Street tacos are better than dining here. Id suggest getting the cheese fondue and the desert, but dont bother getting the entree.

Our server was amazing. She was very fun and had a cute laugh. Food was amazing. Especially... And I can't stress this enough... Especially the dessert. Wow... Absolute bliss. Thank you so much for helping us celebrate our 11 year anniversary!

One of the best food experience ever. This wasnt just the usual place to eat. It was Food + Experience. We spent about 3hrs here for the full feast. It was a lot of fun cooking our entrees. The feast was about $56 and it comes with a lot. Its best to go here with a group of friends if you want to have more fun. This is definitely not a date kind of restaurant. Cant wait to plan another dinner here with friends.

Came here last night for my surprise birthday dinner, and overall, it was just okay food wise. I definitely liked our server, she was very attentive and prompt. Customer service was exceptional. Our server, along with the entire staff, was very helpful and friendly. The cheese in the beginning of our course was delicious. The meats were good as well. I was not expecting to cook my own food, so I was a little disappointed when I got there, but in the end, it wasnt too bad. Im just not a big fan of cooking my own food when I go out to eat. Unfortunately, during this whole experience, my eyes were burning and stinging. Im not sure if the air doesnt circulate correctly, or if the spices that were added burnt my eyes. It was extremely horrible and definitely ruined the whole experience for me. My eyes had tears going down constantly. My eyes burned, and by the time we got to the car, I had a massive headache. My boyfriend asked a random server if their eyes were burning as well, and he said yes. Other servers overheard the conversation and chimed in and one of them said, it was actually a good night because its usually worse than this. This broke my heart for them. It is now the next day, and my eyes still sting. My headache (finally) went away. If I would have known how horrible I would have felt after leaving this restaurant, I would have chosen to stay home and cook my own food. The only reason I am giving this place 3 stars is solely because of the service. I will never return to this restaurant.
