I gave this company all the information they ask to do my project and waited weeks and they never sent a quote. I followed up with a phone call last week and 6 days later still have not received a quote. Trying to open a new retail site and have found custom sign creations very unreliable, would have been better if they had just declined my project from the beginning.

Everyone I interacted with here was extremely helpful. I never waited more than 24 hours for a response and they made my sign in less time than they initially quoted.

After looking at reviews online I ended up going with a different sign company than Custom Sign Creations even though Custom Sign Creations gave me a cheaper bid. We were in a time crunch with trying to open for business and the other company that had great reviews really dropped the ball and was not doing things in a timely manner with taking over a week just to submit the permit. After this we decided to switch over to Custom Sign Creations and we had a great experience. I was afraid that just because it was cheaper maybe it was a cheap service but that was not the case at all. They were very helpful and responsive during the entire process and the sign came out great! Could not be more happy with their service and I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a sign in the Austin Area.
