No communication, unknowledgeable customer service. Quick to take your money, slow to do anything else. I ordered my contacts on the 8th, contacted them eight days later and was told my contacts are on backorder. That really seems like something I shouldn't have to chat/call to find out. Why not include that info on the order info page? Why not send the portion of the order that's not on back order? I won't be dealing with them anymore after this experience.
Customer service is top notch! This was the second year that I ordered from Contacts Direct. They had my script validated from my Dr and allocated in the warehouse in less than 24 hours later. My initial shipment was damaged by the carrier. Without hesitation they shipped out a new order to me, next day air (without my asking/begging). They also found that the website didn't give me the Annual Supply Savings so they are applying that as well. Definitely will shop with them again.
I have ordered from the same place for years and decided to try a different place because ContactsDirect had a deal going on. I have had a great experience with contacts direct. Ive ordered twice so far(on a weekend) and i still received them by Tuesday! With my first order, I kept getting an error when trying to submit my prescription. I contacted customer chat and they resolved the issue promptly. I am very pleased with the company.
Terrible customer service. I was sent wrong prescription and never received my correct order.
