Beyond the unreasonable costs and poor quality products, the customer service is non-existent. My rental gown was sent without a return label or any return information. Every attempt to contact them both individually and through my university has been ignored. Update: they dont help cover the costs of returning their rental products, so there's another money grab :(

The worst company ever. Did not send my cap and gown in time for graduation. No one answers the phone or emails/customer service. They dont give you an estimated date for shipping, just says in progress Placed my order three months ago. This company is a scam!
