This property management took over the apartment management am living in Dallas the tides at 4343. They covered the windows with black blinds cutting all natural lighting I guess it's the most unthought remodeling .... how can one cover living room windows with a cheap black mesh outside this makes the inside look like a dungeon and when you look through the window it looks like it's raining all day....And to add on it where and how did you hire the new office teams ... talk about unprofessional rude people its ridiculous to even mention they can't answer phone calls or any questions you ask them...they keep referring us to the new management teams the robinson group. The tenant rights of enjoyment of living should be enforced its our legal rights based on the lease agreement . Stop being inconsiderate with your crazy looking remodeling and cheap materials atleast but a LED or transparent mesh for outside windows

STAY AWAY! They will tell you youre getting your deposit and then just never pay you. I received a confirmation email from the property office stating I would be receiving my full deposit. I moved out September 30. Arizona law requires the deposit to be returned within 14 business days. It has now been 10 weeks. You cannot reach anyone at the Robinson office, they never return any communication or voicemail. I did everything exactly as asked and left the apartment in great condition even after living there for 6 years. The property had since been sold again to a new management company, but Robinson Group is the one that has withheld my legally entitled funds. Ive moved across the country which makes it very difficult to pursue this properly. STAY AWAY! Edit to add: I finally received a check for my security deposit refund (months late mind you) and when I tried to deposit it into my bank the bank tells me it was canceled. So yeah.

I live at The Tides on Westchester in Grand Prairie. I have received the highest quality of professional care possible from the management Chantelle and Ashley keep us updated on anything and everything that is going on! They are very friendly and I will.look forward to spending many years to come at this apartment! Thank you all for everything!

Has been over a month since I moved out of property and still have yet to receive any communication about the return of my deposit. No one answers phones nor do they respond to email at there corporate office. Not sure how they break the law and get away with it time after time but its got to stop.
