Nathan, I did some digging into your situation. It appears you were quoted for an hour of electrical testing when clearly that was not needed. I do apologize for that. We should have quoted 15-30 minutes of time to pull the mechanical apart, verify your concern and go from there. The employee involved has been educated on your situation and what they should do in the future. They tried changing me $150 to diagnose my windshield wiper blades not working when I told them the problem before even getting there. Ansd they didn't even tell me they were charging me. They just slipped me a piece of paper and said sign when I walked in. What a rip off. Stay away!!
