Can I just check you have the right salon as we cant seem to find you in our system! And we always do soaks on pedicures! If you were unhappy a year ago what bought you back?

Worst pedicure I have ever had. No soak, no massage, done in a hurry. Not recommended. (Had pedicure a year ago, but had blocked the name of the salon from memory!)

The owner did a great job for my friend, but my nails were awful. The lady pointed them so much they looked like cats claws, the paint job was very jagged round the edges and not even an hour after leaving one of the edges started lifting which tells me poor prep base. It only got 2 starts as my friends were better

Very professional beautician, I went through sugar waxing (painless), threading (best one I had) and manicure and pedicure (fast and perfectly done). Friendly and cheerful atmosphere; what else I could wish for!! 10 out of 10!!

Mary our prices are very reasonable and we did not charge you the wrong price by purpose, as we said at the time you were booked in for a different treatment at the time we changed it unfortunately it failed to change the price on the system therefore being busy my colleague followed the price from the system! We did issue you a refund soon as we were told, also do expect customers to understand a simple mistake. Hope you find a better place fir yourself.

Knowingly charged me almost double for a wax. As a student and a client who has been here before, I am quite disappointed and unimpressed. Will not be coming back again.
