Terrible experience today. I booked with Ashley Dutcher for a tone and womens cut. She did an amazing job with the toner formula my stylist gave me . Now here comes the crazy part when she starts to cut my hair I asked for long layers and 2 inches cut off . OMG WHEN I SAY IT WAS SO UNEVEN AND SHE MADE MY HAIR LOOK LIKE I HAD BALD SPOTS ON THE END FROM BREAKAGE WHEN I JUST CUT MY HAIR !!!! Went back in and she offered to fix it and I said NO SOMEONE ELSE CAN! Ive been crying and still crying ! I still need another inch off my hair after going back in getting ANOTHER HALF INCH CUT OFF! She did give me a refund for the hair cut and said customer service is my biggest thing and then offered a free blow out ?! What Am I gonna do with free blow out when I can do it at home ? (MY HAIR WAS ALMOST PAST MY BREASTS ! Now almost to my collarbone!!!) (picture was from when I got home and realized how bad the hair cut was ! How did she even let me walk out the door like that ?!) Owner is rude! Said the damage from a year almost year and half ago was my fault for the hair cut ! Even tho my previous stylist has never ever !!! Made my hair look like this its alway been perfect and straight ! ! Never go here Im not playing the OWNER IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND SEEMED VERY ARROGANT! Thx Jill for the very disrespectful encounter of your horrible salon !
