This is the second attempt trying to get hold of you. We search for your order form so we can call you, but we could not locate it. Again please call us so we can resolve the issue. In the meantime the owner investigated the claim and it was no fact/proof to support such a claim. Unless we hear from you We will consider the matter a hoax and closed.

Embroidery was horrible. Customer service was horrible. A complete waste of money. It was not centered and stitching was horrible. Please dont waste your time and money going here.

Very nasty customer service. I refuse to give my money to someone so dismissive and disrespectful of their potential customers. Went there during a weekday, the store was empty and the man (appeared to be the shops owner) all but refused to answer my questions about his products. If you shop around you will find much better service for a much better price.

They have great products but the owner is the only person I deal with at this store. I can say that he truly tries to operate in good faith. Unfortunately, one of the employees was rude to us. But, Im not afraid to provide customer feedback. Upon receiving my feedback, the owner addressed the issue with that employee. My advice: If you ever encounter rude or poor service, immediately notify the owner.

some misunderstanding occurred,at FROM ME TO YOU CUSTOM EMBROIDERY we consider customer service the highest priority and we have 19 years and counting of service to back it up. a customer will never be asked to leave the store unless something wrong happened such as disrespect or out of line behavior. our pricing is based on the job and we don't negotiate but as professionals we offer discounts on quantity, repeat business and referrals , we also offer discounts to military servicemen/women, law enforcement , teachers and so on. we feel bad this customer had a not so good of experience and that's not our goal. The quality we provide is of the highest and the turn around is the best anywhere, you are invited to come back because whatever happened that day does not reflect what from me to you is about

If I could provide a zero rating I would. This store has very poor customer service. The stitching was substandard and the first hat he stitched with the wrong colors and try to make me pay for it to be stitched over with the correct colors. On top of that he had no other jobs running on the machine and made me wait another week to pick up the corrected hat. When I return for the Hat he tossed the corrected hat on the counter and walked away to the back of the store. If you value quality and professionalism then do not patronize this business.
