I'm very sorry about your experience. We are in the backyard of Vanderbilt and Belmont and it's graduation season. So we are booked a little heavier than usual. We do have cakes available for same-day ordering, but customization is very limited for same-day cakes. Very sorry again, we should have been more attentive.

I spent about 15 minutes on hold to be told that they couldn't make a cake two weeks away. Sad. Poor customer service. Jamie, the order manager didn't even find out what I needed before she made an assumption that I was trying to get a pre-ordered cake made. I had never ordered from them, and I simply had some questions.

The website and photos on the net are deceitful and need to be updated; they are not a nice walk in cafe with a place to sit for a while. It is strictly call ahead pick up only bakery. One staff member still had a mask on. It cost a million dollars to buy a home in this neighborhood and there is nowhere to go and commiserate with the community at large anymore. The parking lot is plastered with signs warning you they are NOT, despite advertising, a walk in business. I was so infuriated I had made the time to try it.

I ordered off the cuff not knowing anything about the Bakery. I needed a 21st birthday cake for our visit from CT to celebrate my daughter birthday and they made the perfect cake. It was so.pretty and delicious. I was beyond happy with it. I highly recommend!!!!

This place is the bomb! My roommate introduced it to me and I'm so thankful. Everything I've had from here is delicious and reasonably priced for the size of baked goods you're getting. They have a nice size parking lot along the side and have been super safe since Covid which I truly appreciate. When I've called to ask if they are restocking something that's out of stock on their website they are always really helpful. Also the website is easy to use which is a huge plus, as I've learned this year not many restaurants invest in their online ordering systems. Millionaire bars & cake slices are my favorite. I love supporting small businesses!
