Hi, I came here today to get my haircut scheduled with a hair cutter I have used before. When I showed up they told me I was not on the list but offered a replacement hair cutter. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he took only 10 minutes instead of the 30 minutes they advertise. I think the cut is way too short and I am very upset with my haircut today and will go somewhere else next time.

Great customer service. It was my first time their and Andre took care of me. The service was awesome, probably one lll the best ambiance in a barbershop setting. They great you with a refreshment and a hair wash. Andre took his time to understand exactly what I wanted done to my hair. Everything came out great definitely going back.

My husband who was a first time customer had an appointment with Cory. Upon walking in the receptionist was not friendly at all. Then on top of that, his appointment was not honored. He entered the salon at 6:45 PM because he had a 7 PM appointment. Minutes after he walked in Cory had just started cutting another customers hair first without even acknowledging the fact that my husband had an appointment. First impressions matter but clearly this salon doesnt care. To make matters worse, one the male barbers was completely unprofessional. A mother at the salon brought her young son to the salon and the barber who was cutting his hair whispers to his co worker in front of the child, She looks real good. To me this is unacceptable behavior. A woman should feel comfortable to bring her child to a salon without having to be looked at or spoken about like shes a piece of meat. Perhaps to other male customers that read this review dont care but this barber shop lacks professionalism and doesnt care to welcome first time customers. Its unfortunate that due to poor management my husband ended up leaving the salon and would never consider going back.
