I called to inquire about a truck that I had already sent two email inquiries about with no response. I talked to a guy who I could not understand. When I asked him to repete him self, he got very rude. I would not buy from them if they were the last used car dealer .

wow what a great place i had a great experience today was treated very well got a great price and great Customer service even the owner came to greet me with his daughter today I was blown back I will definitely tell my friends and family to try this place

We did try to call you back a few times to notify you that the vehicle was no longer available but there was no answer and the voicemail box was full so we were not able to leave a message. We encourage customers to make appointments ahead of time so that we can manage a flow of customers and have a limited amount of people here at once for our customer and employee safety. Our offices are indoors and customers usually come inside to ask for help or ask any questions to our employees. We have a no pressure approach to our customers, so we let customers browse at the vehicles and come in and ask us any questions they may have.

I live 2.5 hours away. I called about a specific car and they told me it was there. The day I decided to go, I called and left a message as well as reached out to them on the site. No returned call or email. I drove there and no one came out to see me. I finally walked in the office and they acted like they were bothered by me. I asked about the car and they said "sorry, the car is not here today, it will be back tomorrow ". I explained that I just drove all the way there and they replied "sorry" and went back to whatever they were doing. Like they could care less. There are plenty of used car places out there, what separates them is customer service. They get an F from me. Stay Away!!
