Had pastrami.. meat was cold. Told the waiter.. said thats the last of it.. could microwave it, but you probably wont like it. Didnt like it cold either. Waiter was inattentive, saw him a few times and couldnt keep up. Love the menu, execution was meh.

10/10 dont recommend for early morning breakfast. One waitress (I think thats just how there schedule was. no reasoning for low staff bc all of a sudden there were 3 more people at 9), 2 of the main menu items were out, no coffee refills after asking several times, food was cold when it came out, no condiments after saying she would bring them like 5 times. Biscuits were good though. Maybe I can try again cause all the other reviews make it seem like the best thing theyve ever hadbut will have to be w/out the hubs. I dont think I could convince him to try again. All he needs is coffee to make him happy and that def didnt happen.

I really like this place. They have a variety of sandwiches that you don't find at your typical sandwich place, soups, & other unique dishes! I normally drink non-alcoholic beverages, but their bar is well stocked & some of the choices on the drink menu are also unique. The service is friendly & efficient!

Were a little confused by the review as weve been in the midst of moving locations and havent served a Reuben for almost a month. I really wish I couldve been there to give you a better experience! We cure, smoke and slice all of our meats and bake all of our breads in house. We also love Dracula downtown (most of us in this industry are personal friends). My name is Ryan, the general manager, and I am from the east coast. I would love the opportunity for you to further educate me. I assure you the only dull knife being used is the one you are trying to carve us up with. Also you2 should learn maybe1 better word so you can make more than 3points?

$28 for a Reuben should mean its piled high and should look like something from the east coast and shareable. Piled high with all kinds of goodness and enough to easily feed2. Sorry but you guys have a lot to learn. This sandwich had bread was thin that could be used as mats for the garage, and the size would barely feed 1. They tried to make it a good experience and comped our meal so I went after it with an open mind. Was an $8 sandwich. The meat did look fresh but appeared to be sliced with a dull knife and not shaved and chunky. So if this down your alley then knock yourself out but Draculas downtown or other sandwich shops make it like you would expect a sandwich. Again $28, I was willing to pay the price but not for that.
