Ordered 3 items 1 was wrong size and had to be sent back but the had to give me a different version of the shirt since it had changed. The other 2 items did not get to me. By the time I reached out asking about that they claimed the USPS delivered them. Since it was over 30 days they would not send me replacements. Very poor customer service policies.
I had a great experience with Renaissance a few years ago for a project at a company I worked for. They were quick to respond, easy to work with, and answered any questions that I had throughout the process. That was the best part was that I didn't fully know what I was doing but they were right there to help. I've since sent a few friends to them when they needed products made up and each of them have had good experiences as well.
Ordered company sweatshirts for Christmas and everybody loved them. Renaissance was great in helping to explore different brands and color options to fit the sizing and quantity needs. Very refreshing experience to have helpful customer service that responds quickly and accurately.
