Horrible experience. There’s no communication on their end - the product I ordered is a complete different quality to the one they first presented to me. Complete refusal to change or refund the final product. Please don’t use this company.

Have given one star as services were a major let down, and we’ve unfortunately lost out on both time and money as a result. Was sent an incorrect order, was met with very unprofessional customer service upon contacting their team, and was told they would do nothing to resolve the issue. Truly so so stunned by their seemingly ongoing disservice to the reputable nature of small, local businesses. Really wish we’d have read the other reviews prior to working with them

Organised a meeting to view their work and discuss our requirements for 4pm on Friday with one of the staff members. Turn up to their house were they operate from and got told they are closed. Even with all the bad reviews thought we would give it a shot luckily we didn't order anything and just wasted our time instead. On another note we thought we thought we might as well find some other printers and csme across two more in Kellyville Garment Printing & Printicks and low and behold they also operate at the same house. Pretty dodge also don't understand garment printing closes at 5 he could of invited us in under that business or maybe he didn't want steal his own customers. 😂😂😂
