Very touristy, I found most of the art in the upper galleries to be kitschy and overpriced. I do appreciate the size of the bookstore and the fact it has survived as long as it has.

Thanks for the suggestions! We'll consider them. Those are the least shopped sections in the store. Israel is in conflict with other Middle-Eastern nations besides just Palestine, so all books on that go in that subsection. We don't get enough used books on Palestine for it to have its own section, so any we get that aren't about the conflict would go into the "Other Middle-Eastern Countries" section. Please check there! As a bookstore, we have no opinion on Israel, Palestine, or the conflict. We carry books on everything for everyone, as a neutral, general bookstore.

This bookstore hates Palestine. They are blatantly assisting with the ethnic cleansing Palestine. Books about the Palestine-Israeli Conflict are tagged as Arab-Israeli Conflict. Why would they say Arab instead of Palestine? They have multiple Israel sections with books about Palestine. Why not have Palestine books in its own section? This place is anti-Palestine and I will not stand for it.

This place is HUGE!! It's a book lovers paradise...there's also art and stores to shop at. Such a great place and workers are soo helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for Angelinos and tourists!
